The purchase and sale of real estate continues to be more and more complex. And now, Kitsap County Health Department will begin enforcing existing Washington State on-site sewage (OSS) regulations effective September 1, 2008.
I've been licensed since 1992 and even I'm challenged to "keep up" with these changes.
