I opened my real estate practice in 1992, specializing in the Central Kitsap areas of Bangor, Silverdale, Bremerton and Poulsbo. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) I have an extensive nationwide referral network within the CRS community to help you with your housing needs.
My purpose is to "have fun helping people" and in so doing my business will prosper. I believe in being The Source of real estate information in my market and focusing on what I do best...residential real estate brokerage. I believe in putting my clients first and helping you with one of the largest financial and emotional decisions of your life. My mission is to help you get to where you want to go on time and to "make it fun".
My business is built on personal relationships and trust. There is plenty of market share available and I am willing to help my fellow REALTORS improve their business by sharing my experiences. These relationships with my clients and fellow REALTORS are more important than the money or "the sale". Integrity (doing what I promise) is the key to building trust and relationships.
Finally, I believe in the proper use of technology to enhance my relationships and service and I believe the whole is greater than the sum of these parts.
