"An Evening with the Experts" is an attempt to provide real estate-related information to the general public...FREE! Three other Certified Residential Specialists (CRSs) and I decided to conduct informal real estate seminars for the general public this year (and continuing if these seminars serve a purpose and fulfill a need).

The seminars will include from two to four panelists (experts) who provide a 10-15 minute presentation on their area of expertise and then entertain questions for the next 10 minutes or so. We transition from one panelist to the next until all have had an opportunity to talk and answer questions. Following a five minute break, the panelists would take final questions first-come, first-serve in no particular sequence.

Our "experts" would address the following fields:

14. And any others brought to our attention

As CRSs we are experts in our own right as residential real estate professionals but we will not be speaking except to introduce our panelists. We will have personal marketing materials available as will our panel of experts but our goal is to co-ordinate the flow of information to you.
