Forrest Rock Park is located at the top of Forrest Rock Lane overlooking the Poulsbo Market. By the video, you can see the variety of homes located in this neighborhood.
This video was taken of Meredith Heights which is located off Caldart Avenue overlooking the North Kitsap Community Center, North Kitsap High School and Junior High School.
The homes in Deer Run were built in the late 1980s to mid 1990s. As the video shows, there are approximately one hundred homes here tucked in behind North Kitsap Junior High. They vary in size from 1,700 square feet to over 2,400 square feet. Homes would sell for the high $200,000s to the low $300,000s.
